Bus, Walk, Tower Tour, Cruise Thames, Walk, Tour British Museum, we needed a pint after this!
- Took a short "double-decker" big bus, then hopped off for an impromtu Sunday walking tour--no traffic today.
- Visted London Tower with its WWI dedication--1 poppy per lost soldier.
- Toured the exhibit of Jewel House and the BloodyTower.
- Tower's most famous prisoners included: Anne Boleyn, 16 year old Lady Jane Grey, & Cardinal Woolsey.
- Saw the prisoners' carvings within the bloody Beauchamp Tower. Intricate and sad and a memorable moment.
- Cruised the Thames for some spectacular views and needed rest, then ended with a walk to the British Museum & the Rosetta Stone.
- Farewell dinner.
